Browse the catalog, add a room to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email with access instructions.

What is included with each room?

Each listing includes a gear list, capacity, acoustic specs, and availability window. Most rooms include Wi‑Fi, basic mics, and a monitoring solution. See details in the catalog modal for each room.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before your session. Within 24 hours, a late-cancel fee may apply. Contact support for reschedules.

Do you offer 24/7 access?

Select rooms are available 24/7. Filter by “24/7 access” in the catalog.

Are the spaces wheelchair accessible?

Many rooms are accessible. Look for the “Accessible” badge. If you have specific needs, reach out and we’ll match a room.

Can I bring my own gear?

Absolutely. You can bring instruments, mics, or laptops. Check the listing for available inputs, power, and stands to ensure compatibility.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards via our PCI-compliant payment partner. Invoices are available upon request.

How do Fallows work?
